Stress is a defense mechanism of our body. It’s a necessary reaction when our bodies are subjected to external or internal problems or danger. By carrying excess stress more problems could be created inadvertently. It’s usually when stress starts to overload our system that feelings of anxiety start to set in.

The good news is there are signs pointing out that your body is stressed, and if you address them at this point it can prevent unexplained anxiety from setting in.

I get asked by my clients on a regular basis what some surefire signs of stress are so they can learn to look out for them. By detecting these early symptoms, you have an opportunity to address them before they become more significant health problems.

Believe it or not, when you feel low, rundown, tensed up, are getting unexplained headaches, have heart palpitations, are having difficulty in sleeping,  or you’re frequently ill, you’re demonstrating signs of stress.
